Kevins dotter är underbar, hon bjuder på sig själv, och är rolig både genom att vara snabb och seg! =P Några exempel:

 

Kevin till Alice (de pratar om meloner och citroner): Melon and lemon are anagrams.

Jag sitter där och tycker Kevin är otroligt nedvärderande som påpekar detta uppenbara faktum för sin dotter, jag menar, det är väl klart hon fattar det? Tittar på henne och ler, stelnar mitt i leendet när jag ser att hon sitter och suger på sin Coca-Cola och verkligen funderar på vad Kevin just sagt. Känner min självklarhet inför hennes förmåga att hänga med svikta något när hon efter någon minut höjer blicken i plötslig insikt och säger:

- Oh yeah....!

 

Kevin: Cecilia keeps getting hit on. I don't get hit on!

Alice: No, you just get hit.

 

Kevin: Cecilia is really fat now, she is! *pekar på min gravidmage*

Alice: She is pregnant, what is your excuse?

 

Kevin till Alice: Do you know of Mark Twain?

Alice: ....Ehrm... Is he a brother of Shania Twain?

 

Cecilia till Kevin: Kevin, have you heard of this word, I can't quite remember what it was, bit it ended with "-ology" and it is about "the love for the written word". Quite poetic.

Kevin: Hm, I see... Interesting, did you read about that now?

Cecilia: Yeah.

Kevin till Alice: Alice, do you have a love for the written word?

Alice: What word?

 

Cecilia: They call this the land of the midnight sun because the sun is up all day and all night.

Alice: At what time can you really see the sun then?

Cecilia: At midnight...

Alice: Oh.
